Sending flowers from Australia to Uk for a funeral. I only had the church address. The florist rang me to tell me that the best way to deliver is the the funeral directors. I didn???t know who that was but the caller told me that she had looked it up and would do that on my instruction. Great service!!

Very quick delivery even though recipients were unexpectedly not at home flowers were left with a neighbour so all was good. The flowers were beautiful arranged in a lovely basket and look like they will last well. It was a nice touch that I received a photo of them from the florist. I can't praise enough the service I had when ordering a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my daughters home for her 50th birthday. I have dementia and it slipped my mind to order the flowers the day before her birthday, however I phoned on the day of her birthday, to ask if it was possible to deliver flowers that morning & the assistant said "that although they could not guarantee delivery that morning, only sometime that day, but would see what they could do. One hour later my daughter phoned to say she had just received the bouquet & how beautiful it was. Thank you so much for your service.
